I bought à lot of 3 machines for 150 dollar. It contains:

1. A cocktail table with sega space Attack, in pretty State
2. À cocktail table with tank attack in Nice shape
3. À pinball machine bally black Jack. Looks great but misses THE mpu board.

Now this last thing is my problem. I did some research and found out that it normally uses THE AS-2518-17 and that THE AS-2518-35 is compatible. So... I found someone who can sell me that board. Now for my troubles.... I have never ever done anything with pinball repair.
THE board that i can buy has THE ram and THE old roms. So.... What do i need? Just à romchip with THE right game on it and the proper dipswitch combination?

Sorry for being à noob.

Yep if it is working, then you would need new roms and set the dipswitches to blackjack and it *Should* work, provided you rebuild the connectors and the rectifier at minimum first.

Read Clay's guide before you put the MPU in and do all of the voltage checks so you don't fry your new board....

Thank you for pointing me in THE right direction...
Now i just have to find THE right rom.

What puzzles me is tne fact that sites sell 1, 2 or 3 chips. Why would i want one chip if tne game fits on one eprom?

What you'll need to do to make the -35 work in a blackjack will depend on what ROMs the -35 is configured to use. If it's got EPROMs in U2 and U6 you can just install Black Jack EPROMs and it should work. Assuming it worked in the first place. If the -35 is strapped to use PROMs you'll have to change some jumper settings to use EPROMs.

I just fixed up my first pin. A Bally Space Invaders. I rebuilt the MPU and it had other problems. You may want to consider doing what I did and just opt for the Ultimate MPU board. It will give better reliability than a 30 year old MPU also. You don't have much money in it yet so it might be a good idea for you.

@XNIF - Out of interest, why always type 'THE' in capitals?

That is because i have set the autocorrection to dutch (on my IPAD). And for some reason, it does this. I do not have a clue why. I turned it off now, its silly.

Yes i saw that ultimate mpu from alltek. When the board i bought does not work, i will try that as last resort.

I can sell you a working MPU with NVRAM for about half of what the Ultimate MPU costs.
