Help. Notching T-Molding Channels for Nintendo Cabinets.

I need to redo my channels on my nintendo cabinet after bondoing. Ive heard people use routers and such for these. Is there an affordable alternative? Such as a Dremel tool? Has anyone tried this. If so what size do the channels need to be?

A router and slot cutting bit is the only way to do it.
Any other way will look, like Fritz likes to say, ass.

For small bondo areas near the bottom of the machine I used one of these on my Dremel:

Sure it's not the same as the router attachment for tmolding - but if you're good with a Dremel, you can't tell the difference. In fact, I cut the channel a little smaller and the tmolding holds a lot better than with the tmolding router bit. Again, I would only use it for a small area like a corner.
