Help needed Centipede cocktail plays blind

So I picked up a Centipede cocktail and finally have time to work on it. Seller said monitor gave out (g07 fbo) and then the game was in a flood. Ive cleaned out the game but before i did i turned it on and was able to play blind. Can you guys take a look at the photo at the circled wires and tell me where they need to be plugged in? One from the power block thing is cut, as is the blue one from the harness. Would any of those circled items contribute to the monitor not working? Thanks!

Upper right ones are for an optional fan that Atari cocktails have a provision for. Neither of them are the reason you're having issues though.

Have you checked all of the voltages from the brick and AR-II board and do you have anything else to test the monitor with?
