This is what he is now getting, the monitor was dead prior to this. Yes some one put a Bubble Bobble in a Nintendo cabinet!

Buffett Well-known member Donor 2012-2013 VAPS Joined Mar 12, 2010 Messages 10,991 Reaction score 263 Location Manassas va, Virginia Feb 24, 2012 #2 looks like a cap or two is in wrong or one is bad in the kit. or he has it plugged into the inverter wrong. check the work and make sure solder is not bridged somewhere. also it could be the B+ is off and or the sub brightness is adjusted wrong.
