Help me save this g07!

I say we make it the object of some sort of contest. Each person who wants to work on it should pay to have it shipped, get a month with it, and if they can't fix it, give it up to the next person.

Everybody who fails should have to include a little prize in the package to go to the eventual winner. And then when it is fixed, Ghostnuke can pay to have it shipped back to him. Beats punting it over the garage.

Can you imagine that contest. I would get it with polo flyback on it, I bet someone would change out the neck board etc. lol

I'm all for the contest. I've got a pile of flybacks I'll donate, they're all used but some I know are good, some untested.

Pssh. I don't fix other people's chassis for free, and pay the shipping too. And it would only need to come to me. No need to go elsewhere...

I'll start it then. @Ghostnuke:pM me your paypal address, and approx. shipping. I'll send some scrilla and my address. After I've taken a whack at it, I'll throw in something nice, and someone else can have a turn.

@Modessitt: I don't expect you to want to fix it for free. I expect that if this bet goes on for very long, though, there will be enough goodies in that box to more than compensate your time. :) EDIT: Besides, it's not for free. It's for fun.

I just like having a puzzle to solve.

I like that. CONFIDENCE!

What do you think the issue is?
It seems like even if you unplug the sync inputs, you should be able to adjust the Hfrequency to where it rolls in one direction, rolls in the other direction, and is almost viewable somewhere in the middle.

I don't mind solving puzzles for free as long as I get to keep once it's fixed. I'll post the fix, of course...
