Is this a T&E or a Kortek or something completely different?

your pics are small but yes it looks like a kortek

Funny you should mention this Ken. That is exactly what I did this evening and sure enough, the fuse was fried. I am going to grab a new one tomorrow and hopefully get this one fired up. Thanks again for all of your help.

This monitor must be powered from an isolation transformer. NEVER power it directly from a wall outlet or without an isolation transformer or the monitor will be damaged.

Hehe, I knew that at least. One question I did have is this: Are all isolation transformers created equal? In other words, can I use any transformer for any monitor or are some monitor specific?

There are some that step down to 100 volts for Nintendo, Nanao (Sega) and other Japanese models.

Most in the USA are 120 to 120 volt (1:1 ratio).

So I replaced the fuse today and nothing changed. Fuse did not blow, but still nothing. I checked power going into the board and the flyback and both read 119 V. So what's next? Try to replace the flyback?
