do the stand-up first definitely (seems like a fairly easy fix compared to the cocktail).

My biggest problem with the cocktail cab is the way the joystick is positioned. It definitely takes some getting used to.LOL! The cocktail is pure ugly, but the mini is really cool.
First place to pretty much always start is the power supply. Check the voltages (on the PCB, not the connector or PS itself) and make sure all your voltages are present and close to what they should be.
After that, you will need a logic probe to start looking for the problems.
Since you have two Donkey Kongs with issues, you're probably better off creating separate threads for each one.
