Help me choose which budget DMD pinball! My first DMD :)

I personally loved my first pin choice, which was a Who Dunnit. Awesome game. Way too under rated, I think.

Who?Dunnit is also one of my all-time favorite pins, and it's a pretty rare machine with low production numbers - one of the last Bally/WMS produced and IMO, the last one that was really complete in terms of software. There's so much going on with W?D. I forget about "midnight madness" when I was playing it last week at the clock struck 12... some great surprises in that machine.

+1!

I have one that has a playfield that was clear coated by Bill Davis. I'm ready for something new though, so it is for sale.

What are you asking for it? W?D to me is an "investment quality" title.

To be honest, I am having a hard time placing a value on it. The pf is gorgeous, but these don't sell for a lot of money, so it is a matter of finding a good compromise between what they normally sell for and finding a buyer who is willing to pay a bit extra for the Bill Davis playfield.

I know what you mean. I think the reason why this game isn't rated higher is simply because it's pretty rare and most people haven't played it.

I've never seen a scuffed up playfield - most of the machines I've seen have held up very well. The biggest problem seems to be the slot machine reels, but once I learned how to take them apart and clean them, I didn't have any more problems.

My W?D has been incredibly dependable! I've virtually never had as much as a credit dot. I did have a wire come of one of the switches once, and that has been it. Never had a single problem with the roulette wheels.
