I just bought a conversion van yesterday, and there are issues with the TV. The picture collapses vertically about 50%. Slapping the side will fix it until you touch it. It seems like there is something loose, where should I look for what might be loose that might cause this issue.

While you're at it, I'd probably change the caps in the vertical circuit, and just go over the whole board carefully looking for cold solder. Check around the flyback too, another common place for cold joints in TV's.

If you want the schematics, find the chassis number/model number and go to https://www.samswebsite.com/ and look up what PhotoFact manual it's in. Then you can go down to the library (Schenectady main branch has them) and get the manual, just ask at the reference desk. For some of the newer manuals, they're online - and you can download them at one of the computers there at the library, but the older ones are on paper, but you can just photocopy the schematic while you're there.

But, for this sort of problem, you should not need the schematic.
