I currently have a CPS2 system installed in a cab right now and just got a 18-1 board this morning and wanted to know if you guys could walk me through converting the cab to the 18-1? Thanks guys.

Remove your current CPS2 board and install the 18-in-1. It is just two connectors, the Jamma edge connector and the smaller white connector.

I hooked up the jamma adapter and the kick harness and turned the machine on. The board is getting power because there are two green lights on it that are lit but I'm not getting picture or sound just a blank screen. There is one little purple connector hanging off the top of the small board but I have no idea what it connects to. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1351711455.207454.jpg

The purple connector is in the left corner it looks like a video cable and has 5 wires running to it.

The little PCB needs to be hooked up to the jamma connector. They little board plugs into the CPS2 main PCB and then the Jamma harness connects into the little board.

It will not work without the interconnect PCB.

The only connections should be the jamma harness and the kick harness

normally yes, but on the multi PCBs they have a extra Sub connector PCB. I have bought and sold many of these cabs and PCBs

if I remove the sub PCB mine does not work. You will need it to get it to work. I would contact the seller, maybe he/she has it and and doesn't know what it goes to? If you don't mind me asking what did you pay? you can Pm the price if you don't want to post it. I have an extra 1 that I was thinking of sell, but I have a certain amount into it as I was told I bought the last 3 ever made. Of which all three have worked with no problems and have burned in for 10+ hours.
