Help Identify Two Mystery Monitors/Chassis (BUrgerTime, LAdyBug)

I could use help identifying two monitors. The first is missing its ID stickers and is in a converted LadyBug machine, but looks like it's a Taito-esque wood cabinet that I also cannot ID. But back to the monitor: The only text I can find says MANUFACTURED MARCH 1982 T.

The second monitor is a WG in a Midway BurgerTime. I have no reason to believe it's not original. I can see tons of labels and documentation and a serial number (WG482216), but no chassis model number.
