Help identify this ancient Atari transformer brick

You're right... from that era for sure but I don't think it's a football... doesn't have enough fuses.
It's not apparent, from the pictures I chose to upload, but even though it has 2 vacant holes where fuse holders would mount, there are no missing wires underneath that would indicate the fuse holders were ever there.
That's why I don't think it's from Football or those late 70s games. Earlier maybe?
I bet it's a couple of years before that.

See page 21 of this manual. Has both of those numbers listed in the parts list.

Dunno if it was used by other games of the same era...
 
Thanks Mod, that fits... the guy said that he had some Starship 1 cabs in another location and he's known for removing parts from cabinets for no reason... (see my WTB post for Super Breakout PCB)
