Hi, my first time posting here and I'm wondering if anybody has any information on this old table top game my family has had for quite awhile?

I once was told it might be a Monarch game but I have no clue. I'm guessing it's 1920s or 1930s and it takes a nickel to drop the balls.

The box measures 7 1/8" tall, 11" wide and 21 ½ " long without including the coin feed and the pull knob for the ball which add a few more inches onto the length.

I'll attach photos.

thanks for any input anyone has!
Todd.

help identifying a 1930s? table top pinball

Thanks for the link.....it does look similar but mine doesn't have any evidence of having legs on it....so, the plot thickens.

thanks again
Todd.

That linked one is the "Pin Table" version. You have the Counter Top or Table Top version.

Pin Table —

This is an older term and refers to a game that was manufactured with legs to allow it to stand on the floor. Games that did not come with legs were often smaller in size and were referred to as Table Top Games (aka Counter Games ). Many games made in the 1930's and early 1940's were made in both a table top version and a pin table version.

thanks for the posts.....after the first reply to my post with the link I googled Mills games and pulled up The Pennyarcade Website. There are quite a few game photos that look very similar to mine so I'm guessing the game is early 1930s. From the Pennyarcade website you can see photos of several different manufacturers so I'll keep digging and hopefully figure out exactly what the game is.

thanks much
Todd.
