I think it's Lady Bug with the marquee upside down with the lady bug surround in the White Mr.Do cab.

It is definitely not in a Universal Mr Do or Lady Bug cab. I don't think it is a Lady Bug conversion, but it could be, hard to say. I agree that the cab looks Rockola-ish, but not sure what it is.

Not sure if it's Lady Bug, but it's definitely one of those bootleg style cabinets that I've seen Mr. Do, Lady Bug, Crazy Kong and Crazy Junior came in, although I think that's a later one, since it has the over/under coin door. I know Crazy Junior came in a cab like that. Some had a large single door, very similar to a Bally/Midway door.

I'm making my guess off of rotheblog

Note the large yellow area on the marque and also the monitor surround art. I'm 90 percent sure this is the same marquee just flipped upside down.

But looking at it now, his white Mr. Do kickplate is similar but different

I've seen this cab on a flyer before, but too busy to go look now.

As for the marquee, it's not Ladybug or Mr. Do. The font looks like the one used on the Devil Fish flyer, but not what is used on the marquee shown on the Devil Fish KLOV page.

If the thread stays alive, I'll try to look tonight...

The cabinet is a generic type that came in at least four varieties. The side and front art in the image in question matches the cabinet shown here. There is also a "Jungle Hunt" type side art as well as the "Ladybug" and "Mr. Do!" types. The bezel seems to be the same grid with pyramids on most of what I have seen.

The front matches this front from rotheblog as well as the monitor surround, which is from possibly a time pilot boot leg or vanguard or something else.
