Brought this pig back to life.

Shout out to @mhcapps for getting me the amps and prom I needed so quickly.

Shout out to @wpmcnamara for a great rehab thread.

I got the audio section unscrewed from a total mess. Only one trace was pulled from previous repair gorilla.

Removed black silicone jizz pile someone dropped on this, wasn't protecting anything so know knows what they had on here. I'm assuming some bootleg audio amp rig based on how jacked up the amp area was also.

Added new amps, two prong header to match the original Konami pcb and added some heatsinks the best I could.

**Note to future repair people. After consulting with @mhcapps, If replacing both amps think about using 4461 instead of 4460. The pinout is mirrored so you can flip amps to have metal plane facing up for better contact with a heatsink. 4460 has metal plane forced down onto ground pads on the pcb which has heated up this board and is easily avoidable with 4461.

I had wrong colors, (green outline in splash) per @wpmcnamara i burned replacement prom with correct file from mame and colors are perfect.

I had one bad dip bank so I couldn't change coinage but was getting one credit every time it booted.

burned @shoestring alternate location (11j) test rom. Showed dip bank unresponsive, also showed that p2 Left and p1 coin were stuffed.

Removed dip bank and tried to bridge manually, no change.

Left that for later.

Traced p2 left to pin D (4th from edge on solder side) and p1 coin to pin L (10th from edge on solder side). They both went to same resistor array. Pulled. No change (still stuffed) went back further to LS253. Removed. Failed out of circuit. Replaced. Inputs are now corrected. Replaced resistor array. Manually bridged dips and they work. Replaced dip with new anyway, the old one was pretty shitty and I had it out so why not.

Now game plays perfectly, both audio channels work and it's awesome BUT there is a video problem that I need help with. Details below.
