Look on the gameboard in the bottom of the cabinet, there will be a little rectangle chip looking thing with 8 little white switches on it, little tiny plastic pieces that move one way or the other.

i only have one black switch on top my board (which i think disables claw) 1 switch on side does same and 1 adjustment knob no other switches

That board is the old school style - there are no dip switches and you cannot change the pricing. The manual / dip switch setting sheet you have is for a different version.

There's a lot more involved than just swapping out the board. You'll need to rewire / change the connectors. Not worth the hassle or money for this crane, especially if you plan on operating it on location.

My advice would be to sell this to someone for home use and buy a newer crane to operate. These old cranes do not hold up well as a route piece, parts are expensive and getting harder to find.

Just my opinion - Good luck either way.
