HELP: Getaway HSII Turbocharger problem (desperate)

I have a getaway that plays nice, but once a week, or sometimes once a day one of the TIP36C's dies on the turbocharger PCB. Sometimes the one that belong with magnet 1 and sometimes the one with magnet 3. For some strange reason the TIP36C by magnet 2 has never stopped working.

What i did trying to solve this problem was:

* replaced all diodes and pre driver transistors on the supercharger PCB.
* Replaced all opto's/receivers

It has also happened that a TIP36C blew while there was no ball in the turbocharger, i saw the flashers flash briefly. These flashers are triggered by the same 3 opto's...

Does anyone have a clue on what to do next?

I'd be sure the traces and through board continuity around the transistor legs is good. Not weak or tiny cracks.

LTG :)

Thank you for your response!
I will check that but i did not notice any cracks last time i looked. Maybe i'll use a magnifier and check the complete circuit.

I think the transistor get's an overvoltage... but from where puzzles me.

When Pinrepair becomes fuzzy-logic

This is Getaway is a pinballmachine from the twilight zone....

As i said the transitors blew occasionally. So what i did was reflow the connectorpins and put new connectors on. And i threw in a piece of aluminium cooling on top of the 3 transistors. When i was done everything worked except for the flashers. So i replaced J111 .... but that blew immediately when i put on the machine. Ok... that was weird. I did not have that problem.
So.. i removed J118, J107 and j122 from the powerboard... these are all connected to the acceloratorboard. When i powered it on with a new fuse it holds and does not blow the fuse.

But when i connect the J107 ... then F103 blew! And not F111! Wtf... i traced the J107 back to the acceleratorboard .. and saw that it was J6 (i think... from memory) to the magnets. Then i disassembled the supercharger... disconnected the flashers. Then when i put it on.. it worked!!

But then reconnected the flashers... and they worked too!! Now everything works.. and i do not have a clue what i did! I mean it's great that it's working, but for some reason not really awesome since i did not "repair it".

look at her *sigh* :
