Hi guys,
My name is Danny and I'm from the UK. I'm on several UK forums as 'frothmeister' but thought it was about time I signed up here on klov a few months ago now.
I've been into collecting arcade machines since 2001 when I bought my first home and decided I could finally realise my childhood dream of owning an upright Spy Hunter machine. Unfortunately I had to share the first home with my girlfriend (now wife) so I drew the line there rather than holding out for a sit down cockpit version that would have been even more awesome.
Actually before the Spy Hunter actually arrived, I had already bought myself two generic JAMMA cabs as well to be able play all of those other pcbs I had realised were just a mouse click away thanks to this fantastic thing called the internet and 'ebay'.
Fast forward 11 years and the hobby is still as addictive as back then, only now I have run out of space to store new cabs.
Many many machines have come and gone in this time but I'm now pretty much at the position where I can't bring myself to part with any of the 10 machines I currently have.
I think the time has finally come to stop messing around buying and selling them and actually get down to playing them.
Look forward to wasting a whole load more of my spare time catching up on all the fascinating threads here
