Hi Everyone. I was a bit of a collector of arcade PCBs about 30 years ago, before life got in the way.
I sold quite a lot of my collection over 10 years ago but recently realised I still had about 3 large boxes of boards left. I'm guessing there's around 25 boards there.
I know there will be some working boards which were personal favourites, such as, Shinobi, Narc, Gauntlet and Gyruss, but there are some non-working boards I struggled to identify at the time (it was before I had internet).
So, when I get around to it, I'll go through the boxes and see what I've got. I may still need help with some of them.

Hi Zero Energy!

Welcome. Nice predicament to be in, with those boxes ;) Some great titles there. Mmm... Gauntlet... [drool].

I'm a relative noob at this point in time and only recently discovered that some PCBs have serial/part numbers, and doing a search on those brings up titles and info. Dug up a few good PCB photos and info on a few of my NAMCO boards that way. Guessing you've well and truly discovered that by now, but if not, maybe it'll help you identify some of those unknown boards.

Enjoy revisiting those boxes!

Cheers,
Chris

Hi Chris, thanks for the welcome.
I did manage to identify some of the non-workers through their ROM numbers but some had me stumped. I seem to recall a four or five board stack from Nintendo that I couldn't find any information on.
Its been a long while since I really investigated the mystery boards but hopefully there's information out there now.
It'll be good to go through the boxes again. I had a quick look the other day and pulled out two I-Robot board sets, so that's an interesting start :)
