Hello Everybody,
I am an avid gamer (classic & modern) and spent a fair amount of my youth in the local arcade (Shout out to Aladdin's Castle in Camillus Mall). I have been collecting for about a year and a half and recently started attemting some minor repairs; so I apologize if some of my questions are juvenile, but I hope to get some assistance from the forums.
To give you an idea of my experience level: So far I have swapped PCBs, replaced tube fuses, replaced microswitches, replaced & rewired joysticks and buttons and swapped (un-soldered) PCB chips. I have not yet soldered chips on a board, replaced a power supply, done any work on a monitor, ect.

I am looking for a TMNT PCB

Thanks!

Welcome! don't ever invite me over :D

we all started somewhere, as all the questions you'd like!

Welcome Jake. I spent a good amount of time in Aladdin's Castle myself back in the day mostly playing Street Fighter. Grew up playing in Time Out at Fingerlakes Mall in Auburn. Good to see another local around these parts.

Hi Jake,

I'm a new member from Syracuse also and just thought I'd say hello. I spent a lot of time at Aladdin's in the Fayetteville Mall.

Matt

Hey guys,
It's great to see all the locals, I didnt think there would be this many CNY collectors on here. I'm actually in the village of Solvay, on the western edge of Syracuse.
Does anyone know if there is someone/some place in CNY that does repairs?
or programs chips?

Welcome. Nice to see some locals from my old stomping ground. Aladins castle in the Carousel mall for me. Bought my first game from them back in the day.

Hey welcome. :) Everyone around here has valuable info around this place. These guys really helped me diagnose bad caps on my MKII monitor. ;) Good luck with your TMNT machine too, awesome game.
