Worked until last year in consumer electronics repair for 40 yrs. The store closed down last year. I have repaired monitors
for an amusement company thru out those 40 yrs. Also quite a few Arachnid Dart board machines

Recently got back into working on arcade stuff, doing repairs on monitors, some cocktail games, pinballs both EM and Electronic.
My job always required repairs to component level. I need more experience on Arcade/Pinball, so I'm reading and learning.

Glad to be on the forum !
Thanks, Scott

Greetings from Orange County.Did you grab that robotron that was down near Trenton NJ?

Thanks, Rustingeezer. That wasn't me that grabbed Robotron. I have several pinballs, and cocktail tables from the 80's that
I saved from being junked. Just getting them going. Only took 40 yrs to have time to do them.

Also fixing some pinballs that people have called me on, EM and Electronic, and trying to help a friend with his GORF cocktail. I'm way over in WNY
close to St. Bonaventure U. 50 Miles South of Buffalo. Long way to Trenton. But not out of the question if I'm really in love with getting something, lol.

Better deals up there closer to Michigan and Canada .i saw a cabaret stargate up there sell for 800 bucks 3years ago and lots of good stuff in Detroit .if your trying to sneak something across the border just get a fake receipt with a low price so you don't have to pay the dumpster fire tariffs on the raw metal prices .

Thanks so much guys! Appreciate being welcomed by an already bunch of great posters/repairers/collectors !

I'll be sure to share my restorations, and ask for help, and offer any I can.

Heya there! Welcome to the fun zone. All kinds of neat stuff here. Especially when it comes to repair. I cant tell you how much these long time members have taught me over the years. Onward!

Hello from WNY also. I deal mostly with the Arachnid Dart Boards, so I may have some questions, as I have 2 9" monitors that need repair.

Welcome to the forums! I live in the tri-state area. If you ever run into issues I'm not too far away; I travel to NYC on a weekly basis (Queens) where I grew up.

Do you provide repair services? I looking to get an American shuffleboard scoreboard repaired.
