Good day to all, I'm new to Forum's, not just this one, so I could make a mistake here and there, just point me in the right direction and I'll try not to do it again!
My name is Joe Lilly, I'm from Elwood, Indiana. I'm a Junker by heart, and I believe almost everything has value, and I enjoy bringing things back to their original glory.Which leads me to my reason for joining this Forum. Two years ago, my wife wanted to take a ride to enjoy the fall leaves as they were changing colors. During our cruise, I spotted a Rummage sale and got permission to stop. As I wondered through their goods, I was kind of let down, as they had nothing of interest. But, as I turned to leave, I spotted something of interest. Two legs sticking out from under a pile of Christmas decorations! So, after a little negotiating, and plopping down a ten dollar bill, I was on my way home with my first Arcade video game, a Donkey Kong Cocktail Table. It has sat alone in the garage, waiting on me to give it some attention ever since. In the last month I have started a restoration, and hopefully I can get some help with that here. I will save that for the right thread.
I have since picked up a couple of Skill Stop slot machines to go with the Donkey Kong table and the wife already wants me to get help, but I don't see that going anywhere!
So there's some of my story. My kids are raised and I'm nearing retirement and need something to keep me entertained. With that said, hope to talk with you all soon!
