Recently joined and thought I would say hello! I have found lots of helpful things here for some time now and thought that I would finally join. I have to say that from what I have seen so far, it seems like this place has the best of the best! Glad to be a part of the club.

I just bought a pole position cockpit(spent way too much to ship it!!), had a Marvle Vs Capcom 2 that I sold to make room for the PP, and Street Fighter 2 Hyper Fighting that is in a very damaged Sammy cab(probably going to be converted to MAME).

Been an avid console and arcade gamer since I can remember. Only been an arcade owner for 3 months now.

Besides gaming I am into electronics, computers(sys admin by day), and billiards fan.

I am also originally from Idaho, but now living in Ohio for about 9 years.

How're the cheap taters and wide-open spaces treating you? :D

How is Ohio?

Taters are always good times! Boise could be a little bit bigger and I would be fine. We have two arcades now though, one barcade and one more family friendly.

I was thinking you were thinking of the arcade in Boise + Pojo's (as the family friendly one).

There is Big Al's... but I've not been there. I am sure it's more huge modern games though.

Ahh gotcha, yeah I haven't been in there in years, not sure what they have anymore, Big Al's is mostly modern but they have a 21+ section upstairs with three machines on free play DK multi, Galaga, and one I don't remember. It's alright if you want to get some free play DK time in.

Welcome aboard! I grew up in Meridian.

Back then, Pojo's was a real, kick-ass arcade with multiple locations! And there wasn't anything in Parma except cows and potatoes :)

Thanks! I remember those days! Funny, Parma is still just cows and potatoes!

Hey, what's happening. I'm in Boise and frequent Grinkers whenever possible. We are getting quite the Idaho crew here on Klov. We should all get together at Grinkers or I would be happy to host a party sometime soon.

That sounds great! We should have Klov night at Grinkers!

Wife will be in San Diego from April 3rd to April 17th...

ANYTIME during that time would be a great time for a meetup!

I'll be VERY bored without my wife and kid around.

;)

Let's plan on something during that time. Maybe April 5th or 6th? I have those days off.

April 5th after 6PM or anytime the 6th would work for me.

This works fine for me also.

My birthday is on the 17th and I was playing with the idea of renting Grinkers for a couple hours on the 15th or 16th since they are closed Monday and Tuesday unless it is a private party.

Kind of spendy though.
