Heavy Barrel - A Fizgig Restoration

HEEEEAVY BARREL!!!

Started with a trashed cabinet with scratched and faded marquee, bezel and control panel.
Went all out with this one as i felt the generic DE art package could use an upgrade.

Cabinet and Hardware:

Built brand new black melamine cabinet
Stripped and powder coated CP, bolts, brackets, speaker mesh
Powder Coated coin doors, cleaned up coin bucket
New T-molding
New Locks
New Vinyl Casters
New buttons, NOS SNK joysticks (may install NOS DE round sticks)

Cosmetics:

Created custom CPO - got the idea from klover oldtimetoys. Kept it similar, but added my own flare. Redrew Heavy Barrel logo in line art for clean, scaleable graphic

Created Custom full side art to match. Big friggen files!!

Bezel: scanned, cleaned up, repaired and re-printed new bezel. Also customized instruction area to match yellow sticks. Took about 5 hrs

Replaced the marquee with a non faded version, still looking for a better one.

Custom logo coin inserts

Electronics:

Cleanup/restored inside guts: power supply, wire harness, PCB, etc.
NOS 19 KORTEK Monitor
New Speakers
Restored power supply
Cleaned boards and wire harness
New Power Cord
New Marquee Light Fixture/Bulb

First off, excellent job! As for the sticks, I was originally thinking the DE sticks would look better, but when I see a cut corner cp, I think SNK sticks. Longwinded way of saying looks great as is.
