heathkit 5230 rejuventor

heathkit 5230. it has the book, but no adapter/voltage chart. did it have one? if not, what the procedure to use? will it work on 80's tubes ?

Yes,
Will need to make a cable and Universal Adapter
or buy pre-made Adapter for just a small few
don't need every one.
you check the tube number for the socket
needed or with test hooks for each pin on CRT.
Since you have the manual
check the back of it for a schematic
and post it.
I would guess that you can turn it on and see
if the filament voltage is there, and adjust, all lights lit
on meter?

ive got the adapters like those in the pic. the manual doesnt have a tube # listing like a b&k.

That is a great piece of equipment. Mongo showed me the ropes on how to best maximize it's potential. It will serve you well.

Once you make a cable you will know
each pin and can make a universal adapter that will
work, with any tube, if not you get just that adapter

May be easy if schematic is with it.
Or buy another used one for more
parts needed. I seen on e-bay cheap.
