Heads up...Possible Misleading Ebay Seller

This seller "series77" bought some non working boards from a friend of mine and is now reselling 2 of them as Working/Untested. Check out the auctions and you be the judge. You have to look for specific markings and labels on the board to see they are the same. Who is this? If you want to buy from him be very careful.

My friends Golden Axe auction is no longer available on ebay but here is "series77" auction...My friend identified this as the same board he sold him as non working.

Edit: His story of storing it back in 2007 doesn't add up though...

Then (A) Why would he lie and say they were stored in 2007 and (B) Why would he say the screenshots were taken in 2007?

If he repaired the board I'd assume he'd sell it as "tested and working"... no?

Maybe he is just too lazy to take his own photos and used
your friends photos for his auction, I have seen alot of sellers
do this in the past.

I bet - buys the Golden axe as not working, for a deep discount.

Lists his as Working in 2007, no way to know. Makes a smaller premium due to the may be working fact. When it lands as not working, mentions its been on the shelf for 4 years, no way to know, sorry, nothing i can do. Pockets difference.
