And by "decent" I mean with some 90's games :D (late 80's too!).

My wife, kids, and I are visiting my family in Melbourne, FL for the next 8 days and since I grew up in Orlando and my favorite arcade is no more (Rocky's Replay) I thought I'd see if anyone knows of any decent arcades in the area that I can check out :).

some 90's??? late '80's?? I say early '80's is what you should be looking for....but I am also an old guy....not old guy, but.. old guy....

LOL, yeah, I have to go with what I grew up on though and since I was born in 1980... ;).

I have nothing but respect for the classics but it's stuff like Metal Slug, Samurai Shodown, MK1-2, Time Crisis, and Rush that get me excited :p.

Check Ft.Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches...it's only a couple/three hours south down I-95 and likely a ton more stuff.

You have a truck? =)

That's a bit of a drive...

I have access to my dad's Expedition and a 14' trailer but I'm not sure I'd get a positive reaction from him or my wife if I suddenly showed up at his house with a couple cabs ;).

You won't. Melbourne is too small a town for anything like that. Orlando has a couple of spots though.
At suggestions? I'll be in Orlando most of tomorrow. Headed home Saturday but at least my Killer Intinct boad arrived and is waiting for me so I can complete my restoration :).

I keep finding "Arcades" all around the space coast but they all turn out to be gambling and no video games :(.

Sadly you have arrived about 20 years too late. I actually went to Grad School at FIT in Melbourne in the mid 90's. Not much in the are back then either. The Contemporary Hotel at Disney used to have one of the largest arcades "back in the day". Mystery Funhouse (http://www.bigfloridacountry.com/mysteryfunhouse.htm) on International Drive in Orlando also used to have a pretty nice arcade at the end of the run, but unfortunately, that is long gone as well. Not sure what might be left, but definitely report back. Good luck!
