Does anyone have or know where I can get a Hawk 1017 key for a Hydro Thunder? Mine broke and the back of my cabinet is locked.

Hawk locks are low-security. You can drill it out in 2 minutes and replace it with another $4 lock.

Got it. Took the vent/handle off on left side (4 normal screws). Able to crame my arm back there and looseen the screw in the back of lock. It was already loose so I just used 2 fingers, but if it was tight you could get a right angle screw driver back there (probably not a regular one as you'd hit the CRT components.
