I was thinking of having a Polybius marquee made for my Ms Pac cab I'm converting and I was wondering where is a good place to have it done and how much does it typically cost, whether that be just out of mylar or on plexi?

I've got the attached file to work with:

I actually had good luck printing out a marquee on the plotter at work, and sandwiching the resulting sheet of paper between two thin pieces of plexi. Although, with a marquee with that much black in it, I don't know how well it would come out. Perhaps Kinko's could do something with photo paper.

I would have the black be plotter cut adhesive vinyl, (with the logo cut out) stuck to the front of a piece of plexi. Then add green translucent vinyl to the backside. Add a second piece of plexi to the front to protect the vinyl edges. Where have I seen this done? How about here:
