Have you seen the cool stuff Mark Spaeth is working on?

Not sure if I'd really say that was how it went down, but to his credit he is a genius.

Well, yeah, I simplified it greatly. I know Mark's attitude was never the best. It's just that when he'd try to be cool about things people often had a hard time letting old matters drop. That's all I'll really say. I never took side in it, because most of it was petty, but it is a shame we don't get to see his positive contributions around here much anymore.

He should be forced, against his will, to come back and post frequently. This place could use more sarcasm and "keeping it real" at times..

Mark is still a lurker here....
I'd like to take this opportunity to post a picture of his cat:

Here is my update about Mark's cool stuff :)

Tested his ARII ATX ps adapters a few days ago, he's so damn close! Audio wasn't spot on, so changes will be made.

Tested his updated ATX MCR adapter, damn it's cool.

Watched him test and work out the bugs on his multi Nintendo switcher thing.. Sorry, not a Nintendo guy so i don't really know what it does..

He's also got a pile of other great kits, upgrades, adapters, etc on the way.. Glad the man still digs building us this crap. :)

That is so awesome thanks for sharing!

Mark will be at my house next week, i'll tell him everyone says Hi.

He was ran off as much as he left. Lots of people couldn't help but to poke at him whenever he posted.

Anyone that spends 5 minutes reading through just a few posts of his can come up with their own conclusion on that I think.

Despite that, he has certainly come up with some very innovative stuff and the technical aspect of the hobby has benefited greatly from his input.

Mark was at my place about 2 years ago, dropped off a bump n jump i wanted that was in his area, i traded him a MH cab for it, that he's picking up this saturday. He's one of the nicest people i've met in the hobby. Looking forward to hanging out with him a bit this weeknd.

His Nintendo stuff looks great!

The multi-board switcher people have wanted forever (so you can put multiple original Nintendo PCBs in one cab and switch between them without having to swap the edge connector harness).

Multi-connector to edge connector harness adapter (lets you hook up your 4 board PCB stacks with an edge connector harness).

Vs. to classic Nintendo adapter (lets you run a Vs. board on a classic Nintendo harness)

Classic to Vs adapter (lets you run a classic nintendo board (like DK, DK Jr., Popeye, Mario Bros.) on a Vs. harness.

All this is really useful if you like to have just one or two cabinets and swap out the originial hardware.
