Have you ever

I believe this is a common theme around here but since I only have one machine so far it has not happened to me.

It happens all of the time. You can either start selling at much higher rates, resulting in slower sales, or you can just accept flippers are everywhere and move on.

Of course, you could just hoard - never sell anything ever again. That'll keep flippers from bothering you.

I could understand if he had done work to it. But I already did all the work. Rebuilt the monitor, power supply, recapped and repaired the pcb. Installed new power cord. I had thought i was selling it to someone who was going to keep it and appreciate it for a low price. That thing was the cleanest machine i have ever owned. At least he doesn't understand he could make more money parting it out....

Maybe when he brought it home, the wifey said "no way". Lol

If you got what you wanted in the deal, does it really matter what happens to it after it leaves your possession?

Have you guys ever sold something to someone, just to have them put it on ebay for more money? I sold $350 like 10 days ago, and he already put it up on ebay for more money.
Yes I have, and knowing full well that the buyer was going to put it on ebay at a higher price like a day or 2 later... I got my $$, that's all that matters to me. This poor dead horse of a subject has been abused so many times before...

I sent a set of sunset riders 2-player roms to a KLOVer for free (because I'm a nice guy) and a week later he was selling his board with the roms I mailed him on KLOV. He could at least have sent them back to me if he didn't want them. =\

Whenever I give something free to a KLOVer, it's with a strict stipulation that they don't put it up for sale... EVAR!! They will get called out in open forum if it happens, or if I notice;)...

Well if you want it shoot him a message, you know what he paid $350. And I can tell you it worked perfect. But was the least played machine i had. I sold it to buy a wooden phone booth.

I know I would have! That's a sexy machine right there.

I give stuff to people for free to constantly see them posted here or eBay all the time. If the new owner wants to fuss with it then go for it as far as I'm concerned.
