Have another issue with lights on a Doctor Dude

On the left side of the cabinet the lights are out, bulbs work fine I have tested them with working sockets..also the coin door light is off on the left side,..could this be a fuse or curcuit or something causing this? Please help me...

Are you talking about the GI or switched lamps? If it's GI you probably have a burnt molex connector.

I would also say burnt molex connector. My DE Simpsons had the same problem; one half of the GI lights were out. I looked at the molex connectors in the backbox and one looked a little burnt. When I unplugged it, the connector disintegrated. Replaced it and no more problems.

Now come to find out the right side backglass lights have went out!!! What is the deal!!!

You need to preface a thread like this with what pin it is.

It could be a connector or a fuse. Some games split the GI up into a bank of fuses. Williams system 9 pins for example have a bank of 5 fuses for the GI. Burnt up GI connectors is pretty much a universal issue with pins.

Sorry it is a Doctor Dude 1990 by Bally. The left backglass went out on the left side now the right side just went out also the coin door lights went out...and we have tried a new bulb with no luck. Any ideas

Well after further investigation (ala CSI) I have determined the only lights out are the backglass lights which the left side was out when we got it and now the right just went out while it was on. And also the coin door lights are out. But other then that all other lights seem to be working...any more ideas on what to change...molex? I reseated all the connectors in the backbox and no luck none of them looked burned per pinrepair.com

Just another update it WAS the connector, it is burned all to hell...we wiggeled the wires and the lights on the backboard came back on...so I just need to replace the white connector holding the wires on it. And it should be good as new.!! THanks guys for all your help.

You will need to replace the white connector AND the connector on the board to make the connection reliable again.
