I traded a working Mario widebody for a red tent last night. I went to the guys house and figure he would check it out and such but he just wanted it to sit under a car port outside. Remind you that we was having a bad snowstorm at the time. I figure what the hell if he doesn't want to take it inside , I wanted a project red tent. I get an email saying that the picture is just not right and notice that he posted on craigslist for help
"ok i have another poroject game this one is mario bros wide body it needs alot of cosmetic stuff done to it, and it works played it for a bit i just cant get the monitor to act right. dont know what the problem is maybe someone can help. the games is abit fuzzy. its hard to explain. its like when your tv is getting bad reception and you get the bottom half of the program on the top or it keeps on rotating and the screen thats what it is doing. aslo weres the best place to buy paint for these things."
I give him a picture to which knobs to turn and I ask him if it was still outside and he says yes. He also replied that someone told him it needs a cap kit. Still waiting on him to send a picture of what the screen is doing so I can see what is going on. It seems like it should just be an easy turn a knob fix but could the cold weather mess with it since he was trying to play with it outside??
