I just finished restoring a Haunted House for a local collector.
The metal bracket that wraps around the long clear plastic upkicker tube was broken. The two mounting "ears" (or tabs as some people call them) were both broken off. I recognized it right away as a mounting bracket for the "computer grade" style electrolytic capacitors, you know, like the Atari "Big Blue" uses.
Steve Young does not sell these. He sells the clear tube, but not the mounting bracket. Turns out my friends at Mouser Electronics sells it.
Mouser # 539-VR4 Cornell-Dublier (Mallory) electrolytic capacitor mounting bracket with nut and bolt. It's only $3.05 and is a perfect fit for this application.

Hope this helps someone else who may also have a broken bracket and needs a replacement.
