I found a Haunted House Pinball that has been completely shopped out from top to bottom.
The play field has minor wear spots around the bumpers other than that it plays and sounds good. He wants $1800.00 firm he will not come down. The 2011 pinball guide list it at $1400.00. Is what he's asking a fair price for being shopped?

Around $1500 is a good average price. It also depends on who shopped it. If a collector shopped it where all lights, rubber, flippers, mods, etc. have been done, rebuilt or replaced, then I would say $1800 may not be too terrible. This title does not surface that often, so if it is a must have, you will have to decide how bad you want it to justify paying the $1800.
$1800 is actually too high, unless it is mint condition.

There was one at an auction yesterday(Pinball at the Zoo) that sold for $1400. It did have some playfield wear, but otherwise was in nice shape. From what I have seen in the last year or so $1200-$1500 seems to be the average price for a HH. For $1800 it should be mint or you want it bad enough to pay it..

Its a fun game with a classic look to the cabinet. You should really enjoy it and feel good about your purchase. You could do a lot worse than that.

I would like to have one some day. :)
