My neighbor just dropped over 300,00 into his backyard, yes 300,00 Built in pool, unreal pool house, bar, his and hers baths, laundry room, full commercial bar, its like a resort back there. Huge firepit with large retaining walls, extensive pavers and stamped comcrete. It's pretty incredible

I guess big is relative:) My whole house is worth 325k.

I did a bakyard in my previous home 65K never saw a penny of it in the sale of that home. I will do it again but NEVER with pavers. damn things get weeds in the 3rd year and they settle within 5 unless you pour a concrete base first. Go with colored concrete or stamped for reduced maintenance.

Didn't u just get a bh? Niiice fyi hh is no bh =p imho having both can't be bad tho =p

Yup. I probably like BH more than I would HH, but figured I'd complete the collection of "Gottlieb epic pins". :D

But if he can't get it out of the basement I may as well not even ask about palleting and wrapping. And it seems unlikely that the HH's condition would compare with the BH I picked up anyways (playfields need clearcoating to keep them pristine, but thing is friggin' nice).

Not to stray off topic too hard here but 65k in a backyard a d0$ back? ouch man! I did up my backyard witha large pond/water, 2 large patios (all pavers). So far no weeds because I put downa great base of rock, sand and weed fabric. No bad settling. I'd make a claim against installers, sounds like they did a poor job

I been landscaping for 3 years and we do hardscapes as well. That definitely sounds like a poor company. We have done numerous backyards that have cost over 350k. And they looks amazing and have been perfect for three years now no problems at all. You'd be surprised how many people do not know what there doing. Were they certified or an authorized contractor? We only deal with unilock and are both. Cambridge and belgard suck
