Has anyone ever had to deal with one of these before? I am having some major problems with one and five star is not helping out all that much. By the way talk about a company that screws you over with the cost of parts.

I finally found that I had a bad ribbon cable that goes from the CPU to all the spinner boards. Five star technical support was absolutely no help, I ended up just swapping parts until I was able to narrow it down to that. It didn't help that I had ordered a new spinner board and the one they sent is not working.
I have a 3-player version HH and it works ok most of the time. Swapping parts around is the best way to narrow down problems. Calibrating the spinners needs to be done once in awhile. We told Bill Faith at 5-Star that we'd never buy one of their games again because they overcharge for replacement parts. I started making my own sensors for Raptor Captor cause they cost too much to buy!
Well even though this is off the original subject of this thread here goes.... Instead of paying $100+ each for new sensors for Raptor captor... I devised a way to re-used a non-working sensor by installing a IR Opto receiver/transmitter pair from Radio Shack ($3.50). First I drill holes on opposing sides just big enough for the LEDs to fit in. I cut off the old wires and solder them straight to the new optos (requires know-how). Then I place them into position with glue facing each other. Drilling other small holes for zip-ties to secure the wires around the circumference. Then test and remount into the game.
