Has anyone ordered from Holland Computers before?

Holland Computers

I have used them before. Returns are a nightmare with a restocking few and return postage costs, customer service is poor at best. 60in1 boards don't work well with trackballs and require way too much effort to get them top work correctly. Give your money to someone else and prevent the frustration that doing business with them will result in. I also have two buddies that had similar situations in dealing with them and their multi boards. You get what you pay for and with Holland, even less!

I have used Holland Computers for many orders and your statement is BS.
They are one of the few that have real technical support and great customer service.
Many game part suppliers don't have a phone number let alone real customer service.
They only time they charge a restocking fee is when you return a board that does not have anything wrong with it.
There track balls are designed for the 60-in-1 and plug right in without any wiring at all:

The only thing is you need to order the mounting plate otherwise it is hard to mount it.

There 60-in-1 PCB are great as they test them prior to shipping:

I have retrofitted and build well over sixty systems with there parts and have had no issues with them at all, as a matter of fact they help me with technical issues when I was green to the industry.
Almost forgot, they offer each customer a 20% off on their first order or you can use the discount once on a larger order – There discount code is BIGTWENTY
I only paid $75 for my 60-in-1 PCB and that included shipping! 
My hat off to Holland Computers and there team! You guy rock!

hahahahahahhahahahhahaha
can someone say owner of hollandcomputers?

I used them six times every thing was good until a 60 in 1 board turn to a green screen and they did not send a ra to get another one after calling and a bunch of emails. I would have to say they are good but not to order boards from.

I have had one item i had to send back and was without issue, if you have a problem try calling them 440-365-9906 x.111. I burned up a board due to a bad power supply and they still warrantied it out!

WTF is you problem dude, your obvious the owner and your trying to play it off like your a customer and they are the best damn company ever. This behavior makes me not want to ever buy from you

yeah I definitely will not do business with them now. Maybe I should call them and tell them some goofball named king of arcades is costing them business with his idiot posting.
curious to see if kingofarcades actually cares about his reputation or being a member here and changes his behavior, and tries to become a contributing member.

A whois on the domain name linked by 'kingofarcades' reveals that this company happens to be in the same city where 'kingofarcades' happens to live in, according to his own profile.

Bye bye , we have better things to do also than to see people shit on other people threads in the for sale section, we have well respected members here that sell the parts for cheaper than you do so it wont hurt our feelings

I did end up buying a 60-1 from Holland computers. Didn't have any issues. Worked fine. But i won't buy that brand of board again because the response time in the controls was lagging made it frustrating to play a game.

You could have got it cheaper from a well respected member on these forums.

I think i paid like $87 or so free ship. I can say I was perfectly happy with their service but the board just wasn't that great(i built the game for a buddy). I hope all the 60 in 1 board out there aren't that bad in control response time. And the volume control on that board pissed me off so bad i ended up putting a volume pot inside the door. You had to go into the menu by flipping a dip to set the volume BUT the damn volume wouldn't stay where you had set it!

Sorry to break the news to you.....but......all the 60-in-1's are the same.

Edward

What about the 19xx in 1 types? do all the multi boards have poor controller response time? I have a SF2 with graphics issues i was thinking of buying a multi fighter board for.

Two of the biggest complaints with the multi-boards....delays in control response, and audio sounds "not right".

All of these boards are made by one or two companies......and they're just copying each others boards.
