Hard Drivin' - Race Drivin' upright...image reversed?

On the Hard Drivin' and Race Drivin' upright...the monitor shoots into a mirror. I think this means the image has to be reversed, right? If so, is the image reversed at the pcb, or at the monitor yoke?

Not sure... i know there is two different versions of the PCBs... the cockpit used a medium res monitor and didn't need a reversed image.

Correct. I have 2 uprights. My first is in my BARcade, the second is a project that will probably never be completed.

Perhaps off topic, but I remember seeing a working Hard Drivin' for sale in a Tilt for $150 back when I was in high school. It was the first time I realized that buying an arcade for home use might actually be within my reach.

Still want one some day.

yoke wires. probably an early k7000 chassis in there. If you pull the monitor out and plug it into another game, the image is still reveresed. I think every game I have seen with a mirror has done it with yoke wires.

some games I am sure about:
Asteroids deluxe
discs of tron
print club
space gun

pretty sure about:
revenge from mars
turkey shoot
space tactics
space invaders

its not a hard game to find. Problem is they are usually broken. Sitdowns are usually cheap as they are big and heavy. UR I have had 3. I have gotten them for:
1: atari proto UR broken (I think I paid $200)
2: UR broken (not sure what I paid, probably under $200)
3: free (heavy water damaged but it worked! used it to fix #2)

Sold #2 I sold at cax. I crushed #3. #1 is a keeper, but I put a race drivin pcb in it.

There have been a few sitdowns on SFBA CL in the last month or so. I think they were less than $500.
