Hard Drivin GSP time out error

The "brothers" have been split again, one is now in my game room.
Found a lot of bad pots on the monitors (all on the main PCB) these were probably POS from the start....

Waiting on new pots.

I also have a Hard drivin - witch has some ADSP ram errors, sometimes the test displays all OK - but the game is unstable, so I guess they might be sort of bad.
The ram chips that are bad in mine is HM3-65768M-5 - but they are hard to find.

I have found this HM3-65768BM-5
There is a B in the model number... do you know if they would be a replacment?

Hi I have fixed the ADSP issue - it where a bad ic at 185R that caused the ADSP fault.
