Hi.
I'm looking at an Atari Hard Drivin' compact that has the Strain Gauge on the Brake Pedal that's no longer working. I haven't seen anyone selling a replacement brake pedal with a working Strain Gauge, let alone anyone selling a Break Pedal period.
So...
Does anyone know what value range the logic is looking for in order for this test to pass?
I ask this so I could possibly find a Strain Gauge in the correct resistance range to try and replace the old one.
And I did let the game warm up for 30 minutes before repeating the test and it still fails.
Other than the brake, this game is 100%. It's a great idea that I think Atari has/had a patent on, but when it fails, you have no brakes, which you really need on this game.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
