Has anyone else had issues with the Happ Torx security bits? I'm on my second set from FleaBay and already I've broken my first bit of this new set. Seems they are pretty brittle, even in low torque situations.

Find your local snap on tools guy. They'll cost you about ten times as much, but you can buy individual bits from them, and you'll tear the screw apart before you break the bit. I have been slowly replacing mine in my sets. Also, snap on is lifetime warrantied, so even if you were to break a bit, I am pretty sure it would be covered, I would double check with your guy to be sure. I know they don't replace things like drill bits and files, but I would think the bits would be covered.

I picked up a set from Grainger for like 4 bucks. Granted I have only had to use them on 2 games, but I have never had an issue with them.

You can get a mini security bit package similar to Happ one (and same quality) from Harbor Freight for around $3 sometime on sale, or the deluxe kit for around $7 on sale. Most often you'll pay ~$5/~$10 though. They've hit $2 and $5 before but prices have crept up on sale over the last couple years. They're not SnapOn but likely from the same china source as the Happ's

Also if you have a BigLots, they usually have the tiny set that Happs use to sell for a couple bucks. Mostly compatible with Bally/Midway marquee screws.
