Hantarex Polo cap maps (by request)

2200uF

...................
Also doing a recap on a 25" polo, the original cap was 1000uf 35v for C144. Do I replace it with the same (in the cap kit) or should I use a 2200uF as well?

I did all this so far and the chassis is alive now but I have a small problem on top and the picture (it splits in both direction) also the image is very slightly shaky:
-Full cap kit (chassis, neck board, remote board)
-Replaced film capacitors
-Replaced R35,R40 on neck board, also replaced R245 and R234 on chassis
-Replaced flyback and HOT
-Reflowed chassis power section
-B+ adjusted perfectly to 138V
I also tested with another Polo remote board that is known to work and the issue is still present. So its not a POT / remote board issue.

Could the problem be due to C144? If so I will order some 2200uF to try, Im running out of ideas :(

Leave the 1000uF.

Of the stuff you replaced I think only the flyback could be responsible for that. Why did you replace it? Was it doing it with the old (original?) one? Does it do it with other video sources too?

The chassis was completely dead on that one. The flyback has been already replaced at some point and it looked in very rough shape. All the pads were lifted and I had to fix them using my PACE Thermobond cir-kit.
Didnt want to gamble too much putting an old aftermarket one since the pads may not survive the ride lol I put on a new replacement one that I tested before.

Other than what I changed, is there any resistors or component that could do that?
I checked the box capacitors that I replaced, I did 4 out of 7. The ones I didnt have in stock were the C173, C180, C176. Could that be the culprit?

I only tested the signal with the TPG, someone else mentioned that might be the issue and a regular board may be fine. I will try that tonight and report.
Thanks!
