hey, i have a Namco Crisis Zone SD that i just installed a cap kit and new flyback to get the monitor running again. this is what im working with now see pictures below, hopefully i just need some adjustments. these pictures were taken while in the monitor test section. thanks in advance for the help

Looks like you have a couple potential problems:

A1) Your tube needs degaussing

or

B1) Your yoke needs to be adjusted closer to or farther from the tube

and

A2) Your red is turned up too high

or

B2) Your convergence needs to be adjusted (this may be a result of B1 also)...

hello, i agree the red is up too high. this monitor in the cab its in is difficult for me to adjust, not to mention i dont really know what im doing with adjustings haha other than turning knobs better and worse lol. i did mess around with the monitor a bit last night before bed and made some progress by getting it to degause (sp?) it brought the green back on the grid picture instead of the blue edges. now to follow your lead and turn the red down.
 
Is the polo 28" pretty much the same chassis as the 25"? If so it should degauss automatically when it starts up. Check to ensure the degauss connector is connected and that it doesnt have bad solder joints.
