Hantarex Polo 25" Horizontal Fold

Have a Hantarex Polo 25" in a neo geo had a Horizontal Folds tried a cap kit and still the same.
Any suggestions what to check or replace.

Check for broken traces, they will be very descrete and hard to spot! Recently fixed one with the same issue.

My solution was also to repair bad traces. Look for cracked traces around where the control board plugs into the chassis...this fixed mine. If all else fails, hit up M K L. He knows polos
 
that's a vertical collapse. :) R167 is probably the most common failure, then R177, then the vertical IC itself.

I unfortunately don't remember the values of the resistors off hand.

I think you are right as well...I repaired another one by replacing theresistors you mentioned
 
Thanks for the help on the chassis.
Looks like the R167 is 2.7ohm fusible type.
Not sure when looking for the item how to tell what is fusible or regular any advice on this.
 
So I check my r167 on my board it has a brown,black,gold,and gold
Is this the right resistor?
 
that would only give you a 1ohm resistor 5% tolerance with those colors
