Hantarex Polo 25 blues

Well no conductivity and no resistance on the tube pins, checked two other tubes, they had conductivity and resistance of 2.5 and 2.8 @200 ohms on DDM. On the B+ I got 135.7 on the diode and the other 138.1. Here some pics of the tube.

Before making you trash a tube I need to be 100% sure you're measuring on the right pins. Most tubes of that type have 10 pins (see my pic) but some have only 9 and I think yours is like this. Please post a pic where all pins can be seen and I'll show which ones you need to measure.

Your B+ is spot on which means the components on the HOT collector pulse line (C172/174/175, D134/135) are good or the bulb test would have failed.

Yes, mine has nine pins, eight around and then one by its self. What I notice is that pin 2 and three have conductivity, instead of pin 3 and 4 like in the picture. This afternoon one of my games had flyback failure and the tube is the same as the one I was testing. I tested the conductivity and also pin 2 and 3 do have conductivity, so maybe I don't have to trash it.

Yes, your tube doesn't have pin 12. The filament is always on pins 9 and 10 so you were measuring on the wrong pins and the tube is good.

Other than bad flyback I don't know what it could be.

I was counting the pins from the right to left in that order, now i know they have a certain order. I will see about the flyback and more research.

Anybody know the value of resistor R 255, can't tell the value because its kind of burned up?

Here's a Pic of it. If that helps, I would hate to tell you the wrong value. I pulled mine out that needs to be fixed also after I started reading this tread.

Found this, that look the same, does 1/4 watt and 1/2 watt matter? Schematic show that most are 1/4, couldn't find R255.

you can always use a higher wattage but NEVER use a lower wattage then what is spec'd out. make sure the tolerance is the same or a smaller tolerance and the type of resistor is the same. there are many types so make sure to use the correct type for each application.
