Trying to figure out the problem in this thread:

I started checking some values. According to the schematic, the power supply section of the board is supposed to produce 120v DC (I'm assuming this is the B+ adjustment? Or not?) Instead of producing 120, it's producing around 163 to 165 volts. I attempted to adjust the "voltage adjustment" variable resistor, but the voltage output still remains at around 163 - 165 volts. Is there any certain component that is not working that could be causing this to happen?
