REVISED: Hantarex Polo 28" and MAME

I have a line on Hantarex 9110 that I'd like to throw in my MAME machine and rid it of it's gawd aweful TV ;)

What is the actual resolution this thing will run in a Windows environment?
I assume I need to buy an PCIE arcadevga card to drive it?

15.1-kHz - Standard-resolution. I had one in my Joust cocktail for a while. Composite sync should go to the horizontal pin only...

Ok I totally mislead you Mod sorry ... this is the Hantarex Polo 28" Medium Planar 15khz is what the games manual says. It's my understanding 25 khz is medium and 15 is standard yes? Anyway same question as before - what's the max res this will run in a windows environment?

I think if you had an Arcade VGA card, you'd be able to even run it on a standard res, couldn't you?

at least I saw a video of a MAME cab that was just a converted MK1. if you've seen any of zenomorp's stuff on youtube you've probably seen ctozzi's vids on there too. he had an MK1 cab that he just dropped a PC with an Arcade VGA card in and was able to run MAME. wanna say his monitor was a WG K7000.

so if you've got a medium res, it should be fine, albeit with the proper video card.
