k, i had recieved some help earlier concerning the picture showing up stretched at the top half. I managed to get everything to fit in the screen. Now the only problem it looks like the pic is tilted, making the bottom clear and the further to the top the more it stretches.

I think its tilted on its horizontal axis. could this be right?

how can i fix that?

If that is the case (and I couldn't verify without seeing a pic), then you just need to rotate your yoke a bit.

1) Turn power off
2) Loosen screw holding the yoke in place. Pay attention to how many times you turn the screw to loosen it.
3) Grab yoke with both hands (you won't get shocked if you keep away from the anode cup) and give it a twist to get it loose from the tube.
4) Turn power back on, then rotate the yoke in whichever direction you need to get it straight.
5) Retighten the yoke screw the exact same number of turns as you loosened it. Too tight and you could break the neck of the tube.
6) Done...

Im looking at the yoke and there is a sticker that says "do not atempt to remove bonded yoke, look at service data sheet. I see no screw thats holding it in , im new to this soo bare with me please

Hmm. if you have a bonded yoke, then there is nothing you can do but loosen the monitor mounting bolts on one side, and slide the monitor slightly in whichever direction and retighten. or even loose the bolts holding the tube to the frame and doing the same thing. Do this with it off, by the way...
