I was looking for a dancing dolls backglass for a friend to give as a
retirement gift. I found one and bough it today. (thanks everyone for the tips
on where to go).

Now I need to figure out how to get it framed or hang it. Any suggestions
beside a custom framing job from Michael's? $$$$

Worst case I guess I'll make my own frame. Anyone else do that?

There are several stores like Lowe's/Home Depot that sell what are called "mirror mounting kits" with special brackets designed not to damage the glass/mirror. I have three backglasses on the wall that have hung for years on these brackets. Good luck!

Thats a good idea! Thanks!

I ended up making a custom frame for the 2 back glasses I wanted to hang. Just a simple square frame flat black. It looks pretty good and wasn't too hard to make.

Any pics? Howd you hang them?

Pic, finally! Forgot!

Simple enough to make :)

As for hanging, there's enough space in the wood frame for a routered channel where it can rest on 2 screws or nails in the wall. I probably should have taken a picture to show it better than I can describe it. Basically its just hanging on 2 nails behind the glass
